Accessing Your Donor Dashboard
Your Donor Dashboard is a secure place where you can view your donation history, manage your profile, download receipts, and more. We offer two convenient ways to access it.
Method 1: Accessing via Email Link (No Password Needed!)
This is the quickest way to get to your dashboard if you don’t have a donor account or simply prefer not to log in with a password.
Steps:
- Go to the Donor Dashboard Page: Visit our Donor Dashboard page here: greaterauckland.org.nz/donor-dashboard
- Enter Your Email: In the field provided, enter the email address you used when making your donation.
- Click “Verify Email”.
- Once you click, watch for the button to change to “Email Sent.” This means your access link is on its way! If the button remains “Verify Email,” it indicates that the email address you entered wasn’t found in our donation records. Please confirm you’re using the email address you used when making your donation
- Check Your Email: An email with a unique, secure link will be sent to the email address you provided.
- Click the Link: Open the email and click on the provided link. This will take you directly to your Donor Dashboard.
Important Note: This link is a one-time access link for security. If you close your browser or your session expires, you’ll need to repeat these steps to get a new link.
Method 2: Accessing via Your Donor Account (Using Username & Password)
If you have created a donor account on our website, you can log in directly.
Steps:
- Go to the Donor Dashboard Page: Visit our Donor Dashboard page here: greaterauckland.org.nz/donor-dashboard
- Look for the Login Section: You’ll see a section with fields for “Username or Email” and “Password.”
- Enter Your Credentials: Type in your username or the email address associated with your donor account, and then your password.
- Click “Log In”: Click the “Log In” button.
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your Donor Dashboard.
Resetting Your Password
If you have a donor account but have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

- Go to the Donor Dashboard Page: Visit our Donor Dashboard page here: greaterauckland.org.nz/donor-dashboard
- Click “Lost Your Password?”: Below the login fields, you’ll see a link that says “Lost your password?” or “Forgot Password?”. Click on it.
- Enter Your Email: On the next page, enter the username or email address associated with your donor account.
- Click “Reset Password”: Click the button to request a password reset email.
- Check Your Email: An email with instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.
- Click the Reset Link: Open the email and click the password reset link.
- Create a New Password: You will be prompted to create a new, strong password. Enter your new password twice.
- Log In with Your New Password: Once you’ve set your new password, you can go back to the Donor Dashboard page and log in using your username/email and your newly created password.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Didn’t receive the email link or password reset email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Double-check that you entered the correct email address. This should be the email used when initially making the donation
- Wait a few minutes; sometimes emails can be delayed.
- If you still don’t receive it, please contact us for assistance at admin@greaterauckland.org.nz.
- Having trouble logging in?
- Ensure your CAPS LOCK is off. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- If you’re still stuck, try the “Lost Your Password?” option.
