Whoever came up with this needs to stop playing sim city and city lines, and think. This is a terrible waste of money, and I’d argue most primary school children could come up with a better plan. No wonder Auckland keeps running out of money, and transport is getting worse. I’m asking for the board to resign this is a disgrace.
