A great video on how Pittsburgh is trying to become one of the best cycling cities in the US. I love the quote by the mayor on why the investment in cycling is needed with him saying “It isn’t the way it was in 1970, not everyone’s dream is to have their own car”.

Because of attitudes like that! Nah we’ll just ignore the naysayers.
Its actually exactly what AT Is advocating for in new greenfield areas and what they will be rolling out over the cycling network.
Nothing I have seen indicates AT are doing anything like you are suggesting.
Well watch out for Scott Point, Huapai and Hingaia. Existing ones – Beach Road. You’ll note the comment said “will be” rolling out.
