My experiences of it so far are mid-winterish, but it’s also seemed a bit of a wind tunnel sadly. If you can find some shelter and some sun, it’s a nice place to hang, even in July.

Now they just need to demolish the old Sovereign office and there’ll be an amazing view out over the gulf.
I live near Taka and I have to say the Hurstemere green aint really that green with so many foot paths running through it. Pavement overload.
