Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact details, we won’t be able to contact you about our activities and process any requests.

We keep your information safe and only authorised staff and volunteers have access.

We keep your information for only as long as relevant for Greater Auckland to provide services to you. At your request, we securely destroy it by erasing every file. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
